My Favourite Agent
I met Hai Lih at my first job fresh out of school. We quickly become close colleagues and later, good friends.
I have known her for 15years and that’s how long she has been handling my financial planning. From the time I was single till now (Mum of 2), I have trusted Hai Lih with all my insurance needs. She handles the policies for my kids, my parents and even my brother and his family.
I can always count on Hai Lih to recommend the best options for me, as my interest is her top priority. Whenever I need help (even if it’s not insurance related), she is always ready to lend a hand or give advice.
I have a peace of mind knowing that Hai Lih will take care of all my insurance needs. I have recommended Hai Lih to many friends and colleagues and I will definitely continue to do so.

My Sincere & Passionate Advisor
Hai Lih took over as my financial advisor 9 years ago. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive at that time as I was unsure if we would have the chemistry. However, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that she is a sincere and passionate advisor who tries her best to tailor to my needs. I never felt pressured during our meetings when she patiently goes through the details of the plans with me. In fact, because of our shared interests (cats!), our consultations really feel like a casual catch-up with a long-time friend.
Thank you Hai Lih and here's wishing you continuous success!

Our Agent Tan 😊
Knew Agent Tan since our secondary school days. I remember asking her why she chose to be an insurance agent over other careers such as property agent etc. She shared with me that in the profession of insurance, she is able to sell products that she finds useful to her clients, and in the long run, will be beneficial to them. And how true her words turned out to be!
A few years back, me and my wife never expected my 2yr old daughter to be infected with mutiple strains of virus that were life threatening, and had to undergo operation immediately, followed by a couple more surgeries due to complications. In all, my daughter was hospitalized for 1 month, with half the time in ICU. The hospital bill that came was worrying for us. Luckily, under the recommendation of Agent Tan, we bought a range of insurance policies that were suitable for our daughter even before she was born! Thus we avoided paying a huge bill when our daughter was discharged from the hospital.
Ever since joining AIA, she had been generous in sharing what she had learnt, which is about the importance of having sufficient insurance coverage these days. She pays attention to the information and details that was shared with us, and recommends suitable policies that my family and I need.
What i appreciate most is that there is no hard selling involved. And she always spends the effort in following up on the policies we bought, to ensure that my family and I are always well covered at all times.
Thank you Agent Tan! Our true Hero! 👍

To many more years together
Thank you to our trusted advisor! I first engaged Hai Lih more than 10 years ago when we were both not married! It's been a while and the years is a reflection of my trust in her - She's my go to for my family's protection (yes, from single to married and now with two kids) and wealth accumulation. And I look forward to many more years! Here's wishing you success always, Hai Lih! ❤

She's always there
Hai Lih has been taking care of our family’s insurance for years. From the birth of my first boy till my second daughter. She is always there when we needed her, in wee hours of the night where we are at the A&E department needing insurance advice, she never fail to respond promptly with all the answers we need.
She has walked us through different phases of our lives and we can’t imagine anyone else who we would want to take us through our life journey.
Thank you!!!

My last agent
I have purchased insurance from different companies ever since I started work about 20 years ago. Hence, I have had several insurance agents prior to meeting Hai Lih in 2012. However, she is the only agent that I have a long term relationship with from 2012 till now.
First of all, instead of focusing on selling me policies which are popular, she took time to study my needs and my family plans for the future. She helped us to consolidate an overall plan for my family, along with my husband’s and children’s needs in mind. At different junction in my life, she would check on me and advise me to review my plans so that we can make adjustments to my policies be it for health, investment or retirement. We really appreciate that as we are not big into financial planning and have many blind spots in this area.
In addition, Hai Lih is very prompt in answering any queries we have – and I do have many queries before making a decision to buy any policy. Hai Lih has always been patient and took time to explain everything in detail till I understand. In the event where we need to process our claims, she is also prompt in all her submissions. She saves us a lot of hassles and has always provided timely help and professional advice. I am happy to say that she is also now the agent of my daughter who has decided to embark on her first investment policy.
We are privileged to have Hai Lih as our agent and we believe that we will continue to go a long way with her.

An agent and a listening ear
Dear Hailih, thanks for being my insurance advisor for more than 15 years. You have always kept in mind my family needs and my ability to pay for the premiums. Last but not least, you are also my listening ear when things are not going so well at work. 😊
Belinda, Client Service Manager
Highly Recommended Consultant
HaiLih had provided husband and I with detailed quote and options to fit our family’s specific needs and insurance coverage. She’s a terrific agent who always kept us apprised of what actions needed to be taken care of. She even took the trouble to come to my office to process the paperwork. The process which I normally dread but she made it easy. She was able to make some excellent recommendations and our insurance costs are now less and we have much better coverage. HaiLih is fully committed to his profession and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation or reservation. Thank you HaiLih!
Noriza, Legal Executive
Someone who considers my needs
Hailih took over the role as my insurance agent about 9 years ago. She is a diligent and nice agent who does not try to push sale policies which i might not need or cannot afford them in the event of unforeseen circumstances happen. She will patiently go through with me what i might need at different phrase of my life, and then let me make my own decision with more than enough time to consider. Whenever there is any new plan/promotion from her company, she acts as a filter and will notify me about it if she thinks that the plan/promotion is beneficial to me.
I have not had any issue when making a claim. I just have to inform her whenever something happens, she will guide me along and then help me process. All i will have to do is to wait for the cheque to be mailed out to me which did not take long. I have friends who told me about the long wait before they receive their claims.
There was a friend of mine who was complaining about her insurance agent who did not do a good job in explaining/informing over a certain issue, i had recommended my friend to consider a change of insurance agent for Hailih to take over. I have nothing to benefit from this recommendation but i can be sure that Hailih will do a good job.
Most of my family (inclusive extended families), have their insurance policies handled by Hailih. If there is any award to be given, i am not surprised that Hailih is one of those who receive the award. I highly recommend Hailih if any one i know of is looking to get a new insurance policy/agent!

HAI LIH , A GOOD FINANCIAL CONSULTANT AND A GOOD FRIEND!
I have known Hai Lih for 10 years and she is a very good Financial Services Consultant .
I was skeptical at first of taking any insurance for myself until I met Hai Lih. She understands my needs and she is patient to explain every detail in a simplistic way so that I can understand it clearly.
She also engaged with me once a year and update to me on the new scheme and go through again on the details of my portfolio / coverages with AIA.
Hai Lih is not only a good professional Financial consultant , with her close engagement to me , she is now a good friend to me who realize we have the same common interest , travelling and we do love cats!
I am glad that Hai Lih is still in this profession and I will definitely recommend to anyone that really needs help on the right coverage that suits their needs and budget!
